Founder & Principal Attourney
Frank J. Klopp, Esquire.
When Frank joined the U.S. Coast Guard 2002, he took an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution. Frank still carries out his commitment to that oath by protecting constitutional rights of the people he serves as a criminal defense attorney.
Born in Reading, PA, Frank enlisted in the United States Coast Guard following the terrorist attacks on 9/11/2001. While serving in the Coast Guard as a federal law enforcement officer, Frank was involved in operations related to international drug and human trafficking, anti-terrorism, and presidential security.
After the Coast Guard, Frank attended Alvernia University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration.
After graduating from Alvernia he briefly worked for the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a graduate of Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor.
Frank is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
